Obituary for Trudi Brand (Siegel)
TRUDI BRAND, 77, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus, Lakewood Twp., NJ. She was born in the Bronx, NY, and resided in Jackson Twp. for the past 41 years.
She was employed as a Senior Clerk for Jackson Township for 32 years.
Trudi was active in political groups, Hadassah, the Lucy Holman Theater Company, the Jackson Town Council, and the McCallister Playhouse where she was a board member.
She was a huge supporter of the Jackson Cheerleading.
Trudi was predeceased by her Parents, Chester and Mollie Siegel. She is survived by her Husband of 56 years, Leo Brand of Jackson Twp.; her Son, Matthew Brand of Jackson Twp.; her Daughter Rachel Brand of Jackson Twp.; her Granddaughter, Macie Brand of Jackson Twp.; her Sister, Helene Hertzberg of Manalapan, NJ; and by her Nephews, Heath and Jared Hertzberg both of Manalapan.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 11 AM–12 PM with her service at 12 PM on Friday, January 19, 2018, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. Interment will follow in Mount Sinai Cemetery, 361 Rt. 79, Marlboro, NJ 07751.
