The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Kevin Shambaugh can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

I knew Kevin as a colleague and employee at Kemper and later as a respected adversary in Worker's Compensation Court. I admired his ability, knowledge of the law and fairness. We often talked about our families and some of those challenges. I will miss him and wish for comfort and peace to those in his family left behind.
