ALICE M. HANVEY, age 75, of Jackson Twp., NJ passed away on Monday, June 19, 2017, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, NJ. She was born in Spotswood, NJ, settling in Jackson Twp. 36 years ago.
Alice was a homemaker, loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She was predeceased by her Parents, Peter and Stefanie Kumka; and by her Husband, Richard D. Hanvey in 2011. She is survived by her Daughters, Sheila Hanvey and Ryan Bringhurst of Lakewood Twp., NJ, and Lisa Hanvey and Owen Johnson of Jackson Twp., NJ; and by her Grandsons, Christopher Hanvey of Jackson Twp., NJ, and his Father, Joseph Ferreira, and Jacob Meyreles of Brick Twp., NJ, and his Father, Edward Meyreles.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation on Thursday, June 22, 2017, from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at The GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A funeral gathering will be offered on Saturday, June 24, 2017, at 8:45 AM at the funeral home. Her Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10:00 AM at The Church of St. Veronica, 4215 Route 9 North, Howell Twp., NJ. Interment will follow in Trinity Cemetery, Rhode Hall Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ.
