MYRNA REICH, 74, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017, at home. She was born in Elizabeth, NJ, and resided in North Caldwell, NJ, before moving to Jackson 12 years ago.
Myrna was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, a true people’s person! She was an active member of her community and house of worship, a gourmet cook, an avid reader, a knitter extraordinaire, an avid college basketball fan and an excellent tennis player. She was one of the first volunteers that helped to establish the Foundation for Ileitis and Colitis. Myrna was loved by everyone that came in contact with her.
She was predeceased by her Parents, Irving and Fay Belousofsky. She is survived by her Husband of 50 years, Carl H. Reich; her Son, Adam D. Reich of Weaverville, NC; her Daughter, Ali N. Reich of Philadelphia, PA; her Brother, Bruce Belousofsky and his Wife, Millicent of Mullica Hill, NJ; her Sister, Annora Gilman; and by her Grandchildren, Alex and Logan.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral Service at 10:30 AM on Monday, February 13, 2017, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME. 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. Interment will follow in Beth Israel Memorial Park, Route 1, Woodbridge, NJ.
