JOHN RAYMOND WALL, 72, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2016, at home. He was born in Irvington, NJ, and resided in Jackson Twp., for the past 37 years.
John was employed at Pathmark, New Brunswick, NJ, where he was a Forklift Foreman, retiring in 2006.
He was a United States Army Veteran, serving during Vietnam. While serving in the Army, John received the National Defense Service Medal, 2 O/S Bars, Vietnam Service Medal with two Bronze Stars, Vietnam Campaign Medal with Device 1960, Sharpshooter Medal, Marksman Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and Good Conduct Medal.
John was predeceased by his parents, John Leo and Alvina Wall; his sister, Patricia Klenke; and his wife, Nanette Wall in 2012. He is survived by his four sons, John Wall of Jackson Twp., NJ; Scott Wall and his wife, Deanna of Jackson Twp., NJ; Craig Wall and his wife, Lisa of Brick, NJ; and Michael Wall and his wife, Kathryn of Howell, NJ; his sisters, Jacqueline LoGiudice of North Brunswick, NJ; and Dawn Krumich of Whiting, NJ; and by his 5 grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his Memorial Gathering on Saturday, August 13, 2016, from 1-4 PM with his Memorial Service at 3:00 PM at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in John’s memory to Wounded Warrior Project, National Processing Center, P.O.
