CATHERINE MEDINA, 87, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Twp., NJ. She was born in the Bronx, NY, and resided in Brooklyn, NY, prior to settling in Jackson Twp., 4 years ago.
Catherine was employed as a food service worker for Met Life Insurance Company, New York, NY, for 20 years, prior to her retirement in 1995.
She was predeceased by her parents, Timothy and Catherine Crowley; and by her sons, James and Michael. Catherine is survived by her daughter, Peggy Streicher and her husband, Gerard of Howell Twp., NJ; her son, Robert Coll of Great Neck, Long Island; her grandsons, Stephen and his wife Breanne, and Kevin; her great grandson Cole; and by her daughter-in-law, Victoria Coll.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Graveside Service at 11 AM on Thursday, February 2, 2023, in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, 299 Freehold-Englishtown Rd., Freehold Twp., NJ 07728.
