Obituary for Colleen Marie Theobald
COLLEEN MARIE THEOBALD, 73, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022, at home. She was born in Jersey City, NJ, and resided there until settling in Jackson Twp., 40 years ago.
Colleen was employed with Pediatric Affiliates, Lakewood Twp., NJ, working over 30 years, retired for a few years, and then went back to work to keep herself busy after Harold passed away.
She was an honorary lifetime member of the Jackson Twp. Vol. Fire Company #1.
Colleen will be greatly missed by her family, but most of all, she was a devoted wife, cherished mother, beloved grandmother and a loving sister and aunt.
Colleen was predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Gladys Kelly; her brothers, James Kelly and Thomas Kelly; her sisters, Pat Lynch and Carol Brown; her son, Sean Theobald; her daughter, Doreen Logan; and by her husband, Harold “Harry” Theobald. She is survived by her sister, Kerry Wendt and her husband, Thomas of Jackson Twp.; her brother, Dennis Kelly and his wife, Elaine of Fairfield, NJ; her son-in-law, Larry Logan of Jackson Twp.; her grandchildren, Katie Logan and Sean Logan; and by her many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 2-6 PM on Sunday, October 2, 2022, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. A funeral gathering will be offered at 9 AM on Monday, October 3, 2022, at the funeral home. Her Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10 AM at St Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527.
