HOWARD COLLINS, JR., 79, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022, at Bartley Healthcare, Jackson Twp., NJ. He was born in Hillside, NJ, and resided in Howell Twp., NJ, prior to settling in Toms River 20 years ago.
Prior to his retirement, Howard was employed as a Civil Engineer with Envar Services Inc.
He was predeceased by his parents, Howard and Beatrice Collins; and by his sister, April Flock. Howard is survived by his children, Brian Collins of Howell Twp., NJ, Kathleen Collins of Allentown, NJ, Rick O’Neill of Florida, and Scott Collins of Hammonton, NJ; and by his 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
