BARBARA KUKAN, 77, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, NJ. She was born in Paterson, NJ, and resided in Jackson Twp., for 55 years.
Barbara was employed as a Claims Examiner with New York Life Insurance Company, Freehold Twp., NJ., for 12 years prior to her retirement in 2004.
She was a communicant of St Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson Twp.
Barbara was predeceased by her parents, Albert and Josephine Lehocky; and by her son, Raymond Kukan. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Thomas Kukan; her son, Donald Kukan and his wife, Tracy; her 2 grandchildren, Dax and Shea; her sister, Carol Placca and her husband, Andy; her nephew, Chris Placca; and by her niece, Allison Gallo.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 4-8 PM on Monday, April 25, 2022, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A funeral gathering will be offered at 9 AM on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at the funeral home. Her Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10 AM at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ.
