MARILYN FREDA, 83, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022, at home. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and resided in New York City, prior to settling in Jackson Twp., 3 years ago.
Marilyn was employed as a teacher with the New York Board of Education, Brooklyn, NY, prior to her retirement in 2000.
She was predeceased by her parents, Vincent and Jean Mignemi; and by her husband, Carmelo in 2010. Marilyn is survived by her brother, Robert Mignemi and his wife, Sue; her niece, Lisa Abramowitz; her nephews, Robert and Christopher Mignemi; and by her great-nephews, Tyler, Christopher, Mathew, and Peter.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral Liturgy at 10 AM, on Thursday, April 7, 2022, at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. Interment will follow in St. Charles’ Cemetery, 2015 Wellwood Ave., Farmingdale, NY 11735. Face masks are required for all services.
