GERALDINE ELLEN PETERS, 98, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Wednesday,
July 14, 2021, at Bartley Healthcare, Jackson Twp., NJ. She was born in Bronx, NY, and resided in Middle Village, Queens, NY, prior to settling in Jackson Twp., 22 years ago.
She was a communicant of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson Twp.
Geraldine was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Helen Mastrella; her sister, Vera Mazza; and by her husband, Conrad Peters in 1981. She is survived by her son, Gerald Peters and his wife, Patricia of Islandia, NY; her daughter, Connie Severino and her husband, Dom of Jackson Twp; her grandchildren, Jessica, Alyson, Lauren, Kristina and Kimberly; her great grandchildren, Nathan, Nikolas, Callie Mae, Loren Avery, Haylie Emma and Lucas Peter; and by her brother, Joseph Mastrella and his wife, Marion of Middle Village, NY.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. Interment with a graveside service will follow in Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Blvd., Calverton, NY 11933. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in the memory of Geraldine to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
