MARIE MULLIGAN, 94, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2020, at Ocean Medical Center, Brick Twp., NJ. She was born in Queens, NY, and has lived in Jackson Twp. for 31 years.
Marie was a communicant of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson Twp.
She was predeceased by her parents, Francis and Olympia DeGennaro; and by her husband, Peter in 2014. She is survived by her sons, Michael Mulligan and his wife, Theresa of Queens, NY, and William Mulligan and his wife, Grace of Brooklyn, NY; her daughter, Gail Prusiecki and her husband, Eugene of Williston Park, NY; her grandchildren, Steven, Christopher, William, Peter, Rosemarie, Amanda and Jennifer; and by her 1 great grandchild.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 2-5 PM on Sunday, August 2, 2020 at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. A funeral gathering will be offered at 9:30 AM on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at the funeral home, followed by her funeral liturgy at 10:30 AM at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp. Interment will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Conklin St., Farmingdale, L.I., NY 11735.
