Obituary for Billie Elizabeth Zauner (Bagwell)
BILLIE ELIZABETH ZAUNER, 96, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2019, at Bartley Healthcare Center, Jackson Twp. She was born in Chickamauga, GA, and she resided in Jackson Twp. for the past 70 years.
Billie was employed as a secretary for Lakehurst Naval Air Station, prior to her retirement.
She was a communicant of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson Twp.
Billie was predeceased by her husband Richard N. (Dick) Zauner in 1980; and by her son, Richard A. (Rick) Zauner. She leaves behind her loving family, Betty, Bill, Melissa, Greg, Eric, Emily, Tim, Kymble, Oriana, Julia, Benny, Noah, Vienna, Leila, Niklas, Karen and Louise.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 4-7 PM on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A funeral gathering will be offered at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at the funeral home. Her Funeral Liturgy will follow at 9:30 AM at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s of the Lake Cemetery, 1 Honey Locust Dr. Lakewood, NJ 08701.
