Obituary for Marjorie Gordon (Dunnigan)
MARJORIE GORDON, 72, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019, at home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Wilkes Barre, PA and has lived in Jackson Twp., for the last 30 years.
She was an active supporter of all her son’s sports activities, Holbrook Baseball, Jackson Pop Warner Football, and various hockey leagues.
Marjorie loved traveling and vacationing with her crew, Marie, Carol, Kathy and Margo.
She was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Rose Dunnigan; and by her brother, Jack Dunnigan. She is survived by her companion and former husband, Charles Gordon; her sons, Wade Gordon and his wife, Dana of Freehold, NJ, Chuck Gordon and his wife, Danielle of Howell Twp., NJ, and Eric Gordon and his wife, Jennifer of Manchester, NJ; her grandchildren, Bailey, Atlas, Ryan, Eros, Luke, and Wyatt; her brother, Jimmy Dunnigan and his wife, Becky; and by her sister in law, Bonnie Dunnigan.
Relative and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 4-8 PM , on Thursday,
October 10, 2019 at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Road, Jackson Twp., NJ. Her funeral service will be offered at 10:30 AM, on Friday, October 11, 2019, at the funeral home. A private cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Marjorie's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-1942 and would be greatly appreciated.
