FLORENCE POSTORINO, 66, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at her home. She was born in Jersey City, NJ, and resided in Jackson Twp., for the past 24 years.
Florence was a homemaker and a communicant of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson Twp.
She was predeceased by her parents, Louis and Margaret Giampavolo; her brother, Louis; and by her sisters, Margaret and Delores. Florence is survived by her husband of 37 years, Gerard Postorino of Jackson Twp.; her sons, Steven Postorino of Hewitt, NJ, Gerard Postorino of Jackson Twp., and Devon Postorino of Jackson Twp.; her grandson, Steven Postorino, II.; and by her sisters, Diane of Toms River, NJ, and Lorraine of Paramus, NJ.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 2-4 & 6-8 PM on Thursday, September 19, 2019, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. A funeral gathering will be offered at 8:30 AM on Friday, September 20, 2019, at the funeral home. Her Funeral Liturgy will follow at 9:30 AM at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. Interment will follow in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, 299 Freehold Englishtown Road, Freehold, NJ 07728.
