Obituary for Brady Patrick Dmytrow

Brady Patrick Dmytrow, 3, a resident of Jackson, NJ, visiting Cape Coral, FL, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2019 in Ft. Myers. He was born April 18, 2016 in Neptune, NJ.
Brady was of the Catholic faith attending St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Jackson, NJ. He was a happy little boy that brought a smile to everyone’s face. In his short time with us he was a fighter that was never in a bad mood. He was very laid back and took things as they came. Brady had just started to go to school at Hawkswood in Eatontown, NJ. Although he was only there a short time, the smile he had on his face coming home, was contagious. The same can be said for his belly laugh when being tickled or playing peek-a-boo. Being mad at his sweet face was difficult as he awoke every morning smiling and kicking in his crib. On occasions when his did cry it was only when you took a toy away that he was enjoying. A few of his favorites were Grandpa’s activity board, his toy steering shell, xylophone, and spinning Ferris wheel toy. Brady also enjoyed the simple things, like helium filled balloons, curling ribbon from presents, bubbles and Play-Doh. Although Brady was nonverbal, he was always able to communicate his wants and needs clearly with his many expressions. When he wasn’t smiling, he could be found having a scowl or ‘stink eye.’ Brady enjoyed going to riding therapy with Peanut; spending time outdoors especially his swing. He also enjoyed bath time or swimming. Along with his activities he had many therapy sessions with whom he left an imprint on all his therapists’ lives. During times he wasn’t busy with doctor appointments or therapy he liked watching movies. Some that he loved are Coco, Bee Movie, Home, and Leap. Also, when Mom and Dad watched the Evening News he loved seeing Lee Goldberg do the weather. Brady has left a huge imprint in everyone’s hearts that knew him. Even if it was personally or people that heard stories from his mom or dad.
He is survived by his loving parents, James, Jr. and Melissa Dmytrow of Jackson, NJ; grandparents, Richard and Barbara Ebbets and James and Theresa Dmytrow; two uncles, Kyle Ebbets (fiancée, Lindsay) and Daniel Dmytrow; as well as one aunt, Sasha Dmytrow.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation from 4-8 PM on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A funeral gathering will be offered at 8:30 AM on Thursday, May 23, 2019, at the funeral home.
