MARIE SCHWERDT, 83, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at CareOne, Jackson Twp. She was born in Paterson, NJ, and settled in Jackson Twp., 15 years ago.
Marie worked as a bookkeeper prior to her retirement.
She was predeceased by her parents, James and Muffy Magna; her husband, William Schwerdt in 1997; and by her brother, Anthony Magna. Marie is survived by her son, William Schwerdt and his wife, Janice; her daughter, Maria Oliva and her companion, James Bruno; her grandchildren, Jason, Vincent, Dena, Danielle, and Denise; her great grandchildren, Jameson, Evangeline, Paisleigh, Julien, Dennis and Edward; and by her brother, James Magna.
Cremation is private and under the direction of the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME.
