CATALDO LOIODICE, 84, of Ponte Vedra, FL, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019, at home. He was born in Italy and resided in Brooklyn, NY, and Toms River, NJ, prior to settling in Ponte Vedra 3 years ago.
Cataldo was employed as a Deli Clerk for DePalo & Sons Deli, Brooklyn, NY, prior to his retirement.
He was predeceased by his Wife, Rhea Loiodice in 2001. Cataldo is survived by his son, Steven Loiodice and his wife, Edelweiss; his daughters, Maria Eckert and her husband, Gary, Linda Loiodice, and Diana Mandile and her husband, Paul; and by his 9 grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation from 1-5 PM on Sunday, February 3, 2019, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. A funeral gathering will be offered at 8:30 AM on Monday, February 4, 2019, at the funeral home. His Funeral Liturgy will follow at 9:30 AM at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ.
