EDWARD BONFORTI, 68, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Friday, December 14, 2018, at Ocean Medical Center, Brick, NJ. He was born in Staten Island, NY, and resided in Brooklyn, NY, prior to settling in Jackson Twp., 5 years ago.
Edward was employed as a Bus Driver with Consolidated Transit, Brooklyn, NY, for 10 years prior to his retirement.
He was predeceased by his parents, Carmello and Teresa Bonforti. Edward is survived by his wife of 48 years, Celeste Bonforti of Jackson Twp.; his sons, Scott Bonforti of Jackson Twp., and Daniel Bonforti and his wife, Elenie of Jackson Twp.; his grandchildren, Celeste, Isabella, Daniel, and Scott; and by his brother, George.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation from 1-4:30 PM followed by his Funeral Service at 4:30 PM on Sunday, December 16, 2018, at the GEORGE S.
