ANDREA SPENCER, 67, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at her residence in Long Branch, NJ. She was born in Rochester, NY, and resided in New Jersey for many years.
Andrea is survived by her Brothers, John and Judson Spencer; and by her many loyal friends.
