NICO TYLLER CASTANON, 24, of Brick, NJ, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2018. He was born in Suffern, NY, and resided in Jackson Twp., NJ until settling in Brick 2 years ago.
Nico was employed as the Marketing Director for Queen Sweep, Brick, NJ.
He attended Jackson Memorial High School where he was the Drill Commander for ROTC.
Nico is survived by his Mother, Tracy Zarriello; his little Brother, Jesse DeCarlo; his Step-fathers, Joseph Ginelli, and Craig DeCarlo; his Grandparents, Theresa (Granny) Mulholland, Ruth & Peter DeCarlo, Maria Castanon, and Joanne (Grams) Kube; the Teagan Family, Donna, Alex, Michael, and James; the Zarriello family, Stella, Chelsea, and Brielle; the DeCarlo family, Peter, Danny, Nicole, Shane, and Noel; the Ginelli family; the Castanon family; and by Nico’s entire recovery family and friends. He was predeceased by his Father, Steve Castanon; his Grandparents, Robert Mulholland, and Joe Rovi; and by his Uncle, Richie Zarriello, who is with Nico.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation from 4-8 PM on Thursday, June 21, 2018, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. His Funeral Liturgy will be offered at 9:30 AM on Friday, June 22, 2018, at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. Please gather at 9:15 AM at the church. A private cremation will follow.
