Obituary for Rita Frances Grisman (Kirwan)

RITA FRANCES GRISMAN, 85, of Jackson Twp., NJ passed away on Monday, December 4, 2017 at Bartley Healthcare in Jackson Twp. Rita was born in Wayne, Nebraska, had lived there, in Los Angeles, CA and in Brooklyn, NY before settling in Jackson Twp. 1 year ago.
Rita was the advertising executive and creative director for the Revlon Corporation in New York City for 20 years, retiring in May of 1987. In addition, Rita was the advertising executive for the J. Walter Thomson Company for 10 years.
Rita was predeceased by her parents, Augustine John and Catherine Claire Kirwan and by her husband, Arnold Grisman in 2008.. She is survived by her daughters, Shannon Connor Smith and her husband, Ronald of Jackson Twp. and Genevieve Connor of Chatham, NJ; and by her grandchildren, Connor J. Smith, Dillon A. Smith, Brendon K. Smith, Benjamin L. Stevens and Olivia K. Stevens.
Funeral arrangements are private and under the direction of the George S. Hassler Funeral Home in Jackson Twp.
