Bobbi  Nordstrom (Lopes)
BOBBI NORDSTROM, 54, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at Penn Presbyterian, a division of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. She was born in Bethpage, NY, and resided in Brick, NJ, prior to settling in Jackson Twp. 10 years ago.
Throughout her career, Bobbi was employed with Point Pleasant Hospital, Point Pleasant, NJ, Ocean Medical Center, Brick, NJ, Dr. Jan Frankin’s Office, Lakewood, NJ, and Dr. Linden Ho’s Office, Toms River, NJ, where she held various positions including, Receptionist, Phlebotomist, ICU Nurse, and Nurse Office Manager.
She received her Nursing Degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ.
Bobbi suffered from Lyme disease and was the second person in the state of New Jersey to be given disability for Lyme disease. She was quoted with saying, “I don’t live with Lyme, Lyme lives with me.”
She was greatly involved in the West Lake Golf and Country Club community.
Bobbi is survived by her Husband of 29 years, William E. Nordstrom of Jackson Twp., NJ; her Daughter, Kelli Tesoroni and her Husband, Brian of Haledon, NJ; and by her Granddaughter, Cosette.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 3-7 PM with her Funeral Service at 6:00 PM on Saturday, June 10, 2017, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A private cremation will follow.
