Condolence: Bill was a great man to work with and for. A mentor and friend to whom I owe much. RIP

Condolence: Bill was one of as kind. He was tough but he had a heart. I met him when I was a young court officer, I learned a lot from him. When I became a clerk he was always hard on me but I knew it made me better. He was my main mentor coming up in the court system, we had quite a few disagreements(and fights,lol) but I knew he was always looking out for me and it was all about making me reach my potential. Now, 32+ years in the system, I mourn a good man, who helped my career immensely. RIP my friend, God bless!
