ELAINE NILSEN, 65, of Howell Twp., NJ passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Jersey City and had resided in Carteret, settling in Howell Twp. 17 years ago.
Elaine was a registered nurse at Sayre House in Farmingdale, NJ for many years. In addition, she worked for Raritan Bay Medical Center for 25 years, serving the medical field for a total of 44 years.
Elaine was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Helen Nilsen. She is survived by her sister, Karen Bean and her husband, James of Jackson Twp., NJ; her brother, Charles Nilsen and his wife, Dawn of Hainsport, NJ; and by her numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 1-4 PM followed with her memorial service at 4:00 PM at THE GEORGE S.
