Condolence: Jim, Melissa, and I are so sorry to hear of John's passing. John and I spoke on Friday at the gym. We talked about future plans and of course how proud he was of his grandchildren. I will always have the image of John walking into the gym wearing his Yankees gear holding his grandson's hand while he also wore Yankee gear. We were privileged to know John through Melissa and Dara's softball career at JMHS and then my career with John at FRHSD. He made a huge impact on so many lives and will forever be remembered fondly.

Condolence: I graduated from Kearny High School with Judy and John where he was known as a strong leader and good man, and have no doubt that he carried those qualities into his professional and family life. Judy and I recently reconnected on Facebook and through her posts I see a beautiful and loving DeVincenzo family of many generations. That family is a magnificent legacy.
