PHILIP RUPPEL, 83, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at home. He was born in Queens, NY.
Phil will be remembered for his loving and caring spirit.
He served in the United States Army and received the good conduct medal.
In 2000 he retired from Six Flags Great Adventure.
Philip is survived by his Wife of 61 years, Patricia Ruppel of Jackson Twp.; his Daughters, Linda Perrone of Jackson Twp., and Suzanne Henry and her Husband, Carl of Alum Bank, PA; and by his Grandson, Nichalas.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation from 2-5 PM with his Funeral Service at 4:30 PM on Saturday, July 7, 2018, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A private cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Philip’s memory to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-1942 and would be greatly appreciated.
