AGNES BURKE, 90, of Lakewood, NJ, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018, at Concord Healthcare, Lakewood, NJ. She was born in Jersey City, NJ, and resided in Lakewood, most of her life.
Agnes was a homemaker.
She was predeceased by her Parents, Charles and Delia Marmo; her Husband, Richard Burke in 1979; her Sister, Mae Tallarida; and by her Brother, Nick Marmo. Agnes is survived by her Sons, Richard Burke and his Wife, Mary of Bayville, NJ and Glenn Burke and his Wife, Carol of Lakewood, NJ; her Brother, Joseph Marmo of Dale City, VA; her Grandchildren, Christina & Mike Christ, Glenn & Nicole Burke, Cindy Burke and Richard Burke; and by her Great grandchild, Riley Burke.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 4-8 PM on Thursday, June 21, 2018, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A funeral gathering will be offered at 9:15 AM on Friday, June 22, 2018, at the funeral home. Her Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10:30 AM at St. Mary of the Lake Roman Catholic Church, 43 Madison Ave., Lakewood, NJ 08701. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Rd., North Arlington, NJ 07031.
