DEREK BOYLE, 43, of Jackson Township, NJ, passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2018. He was born in Syracuse, NY and lived in Cazenovia and Baldwinsville, NY before settling in Jackson Township, NJ 15 years ago.
Derek was devoted to his family and anyone he considered a friend. He was always the person to turn to when you needed help. He was a loyal hockey and baseball fan who loved his New Jersey Devils, and New York Mets. During his leisure time, Derek enjoyed playing softball, playing cards, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his Wife of 15 years, Elena Boyle; his Daughters, Rebecca & Ella Boyle; his Mother, Birgitta McLaughlin; and by his Brothers, Mitch & Ryan McLaughlin.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his Memorial Gathering from 2-5 PM with his Funeral Service at 4:00 PM on Saturday, June 2, 2018, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Township, NJ 08527. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Derek’s family towards an Education Fund for his daughters.
