Condolence: Joe and I go back to the 1960's, when we hung out in Canarsie. Joe treated people fair and honest and when you became his friend he was very loyal. We got together in 2010 after not seeing each other for 40 years. I was blessed to know Joe and I pray that God will comfort his family.
