HENRIETTA KENNEDY, 98, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Bartley Healthcare, Jackson Twp. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, and resided in Whiting, NJ, prior to settling in Jackson Twp., 5 years ago.
Henrietta was employed as a Senior Clerk for Depository Trust Company, New York, NY, retiring in 1980.
She was a communicant of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson Twp.
Henrietta was predeceased by her Parents, Joseph and Mary Howard; and by her Husband, Austin F. Kennedy. She is survived by her Sons, George Kennedy and his Wife, Janet of Brooklyn, NY, and Gerard Kennedy and his Wife, Dee of Howell Twp., NJ; her Daughters, Patricia Magovern and her Husband, John of Princeton Junction, NJ, and Genevieve Currier and her Husband, Richard of Plainsboro, NJ; her 11 Grandchildren; and by her 7 Great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 3-6 PM on Sunday March 25, 2018, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A funeral gathering will be offered at 8:30 AM on Monday, March 26, 2018, at the funeral home. Her Funeral Liturgy will follow at 9:30 AM at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp. Interment will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Conklin St., Farmingdale, NY 11735. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Henrietta’s memory to Princeton Child Development Institute, 300 Cold Soil Rd., Princeton, NJ 08540 www.pcdi.org and would be greatly appreciated. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Staff at Bartley Healthcare for their exceptional care of Henrietta.
