CONCETTA MATRANGA, 85, of Manchester Twp., NJ, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2017, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, NJ. She was born in Sicily, Italy, and resided in Jackson Twp., NJ, prior to settling in Manchester Twp., 4 years ago.
Concetta was a homemaker.
She was predeceased by her Parents, Ciro and Maria Attardo and by her Brother, Benny Attardo. Concetta is survived by her Husband, George Matranga of Jackson Twp., NJ; her Daughters, Rose Malizia and her Husband, Frank of Brewster, NY, Anna Brannigan and her Husband, Martin of Milan, Italy, and Maria Sienkiewicz and her Husband, Dave of Jackson Twp, NJ; her Brothers, Joe Attardo and his Wife, Josephine of Chester, NY, and Sam Attardo and his Wife, Frances of Manchester, Twp., NJ; her Sister, Frances Laspisa and her Husband, John of Bricktown, NJ; her Grandchildren, Chris, Frank, Dave, Luke, and Ryan; her Great grandchild, Liam; and by her Sister-in-law, Fil Attardo of Toms River, NJ.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 4-8 PM on Tuesday, January 2, 2018, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A funeral gathering will be offered at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at the funeral home. Her Funeral Liturgy will follow at 9:30 AM at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ.
