CAROL SIMEONE-VONDER FECHT, 71, of Jackson Twp., NJ passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Carol was born in Brooklyn, NY had resided in Staten Island, NY, Upper Freehold and in Manalapan, NJ before settling in Jackson Twp. 18 years ago.
Carol worked for the Township of Freehold, as a clerk for 12 years, retiring in 2000.
Carol was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Grace Greco and by her first husband, Allen Simeone in 2000. She is survived by her husband, Bill Vonder Fecht of Jackson Twp.; her children, Michael Simeone and his wife, Laura of Fair Haven, NJ, Thomas Simeone and his wife, Cristina of Morganville, NJ, Carolyn Passes and her husband, Phil of Manasquan, NJ, Cindy Shinn and her husband, Robert, Kim Salley and her husband, Shaun, Jennifer Robins and her husband, Sean and Kurt Vonder Fecht; and by her grandchildren, Michael, Charlotte, Bella, Daniel, Alexander, Jordynn, Christian, Reese, Brynn, Shea, Becca, Morgan and Henry.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM at The George S. Hassler Funeral Home, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. A funeral gathering will be offered on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 9:30 AM followed with her funeral service at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
