RAFFAELLA DiLORENZO, age 66, of Jackson Twp., NJ passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2017, at her home. She was born in Bagni Di Lucca Vi Longoio, Italy, and had resided in Brooklyn, NY, before settling in Jackson Twp.
Raffaella worked for CareOne in Jackson Twp. as a dietary cook for 22 years, retiring in September of 2016.
She was predeceased by her Father, Raffaello Barsanti; and by her Brothers, Mauro Barsanti and Walter Barsanti. She is survived by her Husband of 42 years, Peter; her Daughter, Daniela DiLorenzo and her Husband, Patrick Harnett of Jackson Twp.; her Sons, Peter DiLorenzo, Jr. and his Wife, Jennifer of Jackson Twp. and David DiLorenzo of Jackson Twp.; her Mother, Alda Barsanti of Jackson Twp.; and by her Grandchildren, Corey and Jayden Harnett and Giada DiLorenzo.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, from 4-8 PM with her Funeral Ceremony at 7:30 PM at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A private cremation will follow. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made in the memory of Raffaella to the American Cancer Society, 2310 Route 34, Suite 1D, Manasquan, NJ 08736, www.cancer.org, and would be greatly appreciated.
