Brian M.  Kenney
BRIAN M. KENNEY, age 73, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017, at CareOne in Jackson Twp. He was born in Weehawken, NJ, and had resided in Brick Twp., settling in Jackson Twp. 25 years ago.
Brian worked for Verizon in various positions for 38 years before retiring.
He proudly served as a reservist with the United States Army.
Brian was predeceased by his Parents, John and Elsie Kenney. He is survived by his companion, Denise Prongay of Jackson Twp.; his son, Brian M. Kenney of Hollywood, FL; his daughter, Cynthia O’Donnell of Jackson Twp., NJ; his step-daughter, Elena DePaolo of Jackson Twp., NJ; his brother, John Kenney of Washington Twp., NJ; and by his grandchildren, Reganne O’Donnell, Carney O’Donnell, Tyler DePaolo and Kyle DePaolo.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, from 4-8 PM at The GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A funeral gathering will be offered on Thursday, June 1, 2017, at 10:30 AM at the funeral home. His Funeral Ceremony will follow at 12 noon in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Chapel of Mary Queen of Peace Mausoleum, Massachusetts Ave., Lakewood Twp., NJ.
