SUSAN H. GOLDBERG, 78, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2017, at home. She was born in New York City, NY, and resided in Monsey, NY and Marlboro, NJ, prior to settling in Jackson Twp. 14 years ago.
She attended the City College of New York.
Susan was employed with various banks, including Bank of America, where she worked as an Actuary and Mortgage Consultant Loan Officer, retiring in 2003 after 26 plus years of employment.
She was a member of the West Lake Golf Association, and the West Lake Golf and Country Club, where she enjoyed Bridge, Tennis, Golf, and was a member of Hadassah.
Susan was predeceased by her Parents, Morris and Sylvia Algranti. She is survived by her Husband of 59 years, Marvin Goldberg of Jackson Twp., NJ; her Sons, Jeffrey Goldberg and his Wife, Sharon of Bardonia, NY, Richard Goldberg and his Wife, Melinda of Fairlawn, NJ, and Andrew Goldberg of Sherman Oaks, CA; her Sister, Rosalie Citron and her Husband, Harold of Yonkers, NY; and by her Granddaughters, Marissa Goldberg of Bardonia, NY, and Michelle Adoni of Fairlawn, NJ.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Chapel Service at 11:30 AM followed by entombment on Sunday, May 28, 2017, in Beth Israel Memorial Park, US Hwy 1 N., Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Please meet at 11:15 AM at the cemetery. Shiva will be observed at the family residence, 90 Cypress Point Ln, Jackson Twp., NJ 08527, from 4-8 PM on Sunday, May 28, 2017, and from 12-4 PM on Monday, May 29, 2017. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Susan’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 2310 Rt. 34, Suite 1D, Manasquan, NJ 08736 and would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements are under the direction of the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, Jackson Twp., NJ.
