Daniel  Anderson
DANIEL ANDERSON, 82, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2017, at home. He was born in New York and resided in Brooklyn, before moving to Jackson 35 years ago.
Daniel was employed as a signal maintainer for Metropolitan Transit Authority in New York City prior to his retirement.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Daniel was predeceased by his Parents, George and Dorothy Anderson. He is survived by his Wife of 35 years, Dorothy; his Sons, Stephen Brodmerkel and Stuart Zionch of Stroudsburg, PA, Douglas and Gina Brodmerkel of Gilbert, AZ, and Gregory and Marianne Brodmerkel of Tampa, FL; his Daughters, Geralyn and Edwin Rivera of Jackson Twp., NJ, and Doreen and Thomas Brennan of Wall, NJ; his Brothers, William and Nancy Anderson of Elmhurst, NY, and Charles Anderson of Ivoryton, CT; his Grandchildren, Janel and Peter Frey, Katherine Rivera, Stephen and Elaina Rivera, Molly Brennan, Thomas Brennan III, Brian Brennan, Jessica and David Kramer, Taylor Brodmerkel, Gregory Brodmerkel Jr., Russell Koss, and Matthew Roberts; and by his Great grandchildren Edwin Frey, Maxwell Frey, Marjorie Hartshorn, Landon Kendrick-Brodmerkel, and Isaac Rivera.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his Memorial Gathering on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, from 3-7 PM with his Memorial Service at 6 PM at the George S. Hassler Funeral Home, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527.
