Edward O.  Perlach
EDWARD O. PERLACH, 59, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank, NJ, after a long illness. He was born in Fayetteville, NC, raised in Linden, NJ, and lived in Vermont and Pennsylvania before moving to Jackson 7 years ago.
He enjoyed many happy, memorable years while living and working in Vermont as a Mason and bricklayer. He was a member of Bricklayers and Allied Craftsman Union BAC Local 2, Burlington, VT.
Ed was an avid Jet fan and every year he hoped that this would be their year and he would be seeing a second Super Bowl win. He never gave up on his team.
He was predeceased by his Father, Otto Perlach, in 2010; his Uncle, Stanley Kaconas, Jr. in 2007; and by his Aunt, Mildred Kaconas in 2008. He is survived by his Mother, Arlene Perlach of Jackson Twp., NJ; his Son, Kyle Perlach of Jacksonville, FL; his Brother, Mark Perlach and his Wife, Judy of Jackson; his Uncles, Raymond Kaconas and his Wife, Iris of Toms River, and William Perlach and his Wife, Ann of Fruitland, FL; his Nephew, Mark Perlach of Hamilton; his Niece, Kaitlyn Perlach and Nephew, Matthew Perlach of Jackson; his Cousins, William Perlach of Fruitland, FL, Daniel Perlach of Colorado, Christy Farrier of Cummings, GA, Stanley John, III, of Winter Springs, FL, and Brett Kaconas of Oxford, NC; and by his dear family friend, Frank Asaro of Jackson.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation on Tues., May 2, 2107, from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A funeral gathering will be offered at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at the funeral home. His Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10:30AM at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson, NJ. Entombment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Mary Queen of Peace Mausoleum, Massachusetts Ave., Lakewood, NJ. Contributions may be made in Edward’s memory to a charity of your choice.
