Obituary for Lorraine Argiro (Marrapodi)
LORRAINE ARGIRO, 72, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017, at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus, Lakewood, NJ. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, and resided in Manorville, NY, prior to settling in Jackson Twp., 11 years ago.
Lorraine was a Homemaker.
She was predeceased by her Parents, Frank and Lucy Marrapodi. Lorraine is survived by her Husband of 48 years, Joseph Argiro of Jackson Twp., NJ; her Sons, Joseph Argiro and his Wife, Francesca of Palm Bay, FL, and Vincent Argiro and his Wife, Allison of Holbrook, NY; her Daughter, Andrea Argiro of Astoria, NY; her Brother, Frank Marrapodi and his Wife, Theresa of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and by her 2 Grandchildren, Alexander and Christiana.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 1-4 & 6-8 PM on Sunday, March 19, 2017, at GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A funeral gathering will be offered on Monday, March 20, 2017, at 10:30 AM with her Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. A private cremation will follow. If so desired, contributions may be made in Lorraine’s memory to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942 and would be greatly appreciated.
